| West LA Seido Classes Adult Classes**Monday: 7-8:45pm Waza, Conditioning and Partnered Forms (Kyoshi Ted) Wednesday: 8-9:30pm Waza, Conditioning, and Partnered Forms (Kyoshi Ted) Friday: 7:00-8:15pm Sparring, green belt and above (Kyoshi Ted); Sunday: 7-8:30pm Kata, all belts (Senpai Tony) Adult Fees: $80 per month $210 per quarter (10% discount off monthly rate) $20 per class $50 One-day Sunday workshops. Times and topics to be announced. Children's Classes Children's Fees: $30/month: 1-3 classes/week Mon 5-6pm Thu 4:30-5:30pm Sat 8:30-9:15am Additional classes may soon be added Upcoming Special Events at West LA Seido Kinhin: This is the Japanese word for "walking meditation." Class meets at the base of the Santa Monica Mtns. in Temescal Canyon Park off of Sunset Blvd. in Pacific Palisades. Allow 2 hours for this event once we start walking. Dates and times to be announced.
